SpeechGeek Presents: H.I.-larious Volume 3
Quality forensics performance material is often difficult to find. SpeechGeek provides high school coaches and competitors with scripts that are not only challenging, but also of strong literary merit. Each issue of SpeechGeek contains five scripts in a variety of events: prose interpretation, poetry interpretation, humorous interpretation, dramatic interpretation, and duo interpretation. SpeechGeek’s interp scripts are written by winning authors who know what it takes to make final rounds at all levels of competition.
THE GAME SHOW OF GAMES SHOW
In this off-beat script, three contestants are faced with a "grueling test of not only mental endurance, but mental stamina, mental persistence, mental resignation, and even mental indefatigability." Each more clueless than the next, Bob, Brashley, and Samantha must out-wit and outlast the zany host while a series of challenges and questions push them to their limits.
(Female or Male H.I.)
Esmeralda is about as off as most of the predictions she gives as a fortune teller. When her boss arrives and threatens to replace her tent with a parking lot, this madcap mystic promises to find her employer's true love by the end of the day to save the business. With the help of Cookies, her parrot, Esmeralda must sort through a group of oddball customers to bring her vision into focus.

THE FAMILY BUSINESS
Have you ever wondered what's weighing heavily on the mind of your beloved cat Mr. Pickles or rambunctious dog Princess Kissy-Face? Jimmy's dad doesn't have to wonder. As a certified pet therapist, he's happy to sit down and listen to all of his patients' tails (groan). Jimmy, however, is reluctant to follow in his father's footsteps. The fur flies as Jimmy resists joining the family business in this hilarious new script!
(Male H.I., Male/Male Duo)
Everything is not well in the world of Ahhhz. There's a new girl with green skin who meets up with a popular girl (whose skin is more flesh-toned.) Did we mention flying monkeys? Yes, there are flying monkeys. This script will have you walking a golden hued road all the way to awards.
(Female H.I., Female/Female Duo.)
MOONRAKER VERSUS HIGH SCHOOL - PART 00
It's the day after junior high school graduation and Moonraker is busy planning her future for high school. There is only one problem. No one seems to realize that Moonraker is "the coolest person in the universe," which is pretty significant when you're trying to gain friends. Join the quirky Moonraker as she tries (and often fails) to find where she belongs in the social mine field that is high school.
